All fine, but outdated decor.

The stay was less than ideal due to the untidy condition of the rooms. Upon arrival, we found our suite not cleaned, with previous guests' clothing still inside. While we appreciated the location, being close to attractions like Family Kingdom Water Park and the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility left much to be desired. Although we had some bright spots, like friendly staff, the inconsistencies in room quality made it hard to enjoy our time fully.

Hit up Compass Rose Restaurant for some amazing local cuisine—definitely a gem. Had the best fried shrimp that gave me all the beach vibes! Location's a breeze. easy walk to the beach and the pools on the ground level made it a lazy day dream. Well, that's a plus!

the staff was as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. The elevators smelled funky, and the room? Don't get me started on that rusty fridge and dirty pools. Kind of a buzzkill to start the vacay, you know?

I had a fantastic stay at Sandcastle in Myrtle Beach. The oceanview from my room captivated me daily. Access to the beach was incredibly convenient, although some cleanliness issues impacted the room a bit.

The oceanfront view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with the waves dancing right outside my window. I loved soaking in the lazy river while the kids splashed joyfully nearby, making it perfect for family fun. Plus, having a kitchenette made snack time so easy and relaxed during our stay!

The beachfront location was fantastic, and my son loved the indoor pool. Having our autism support dog with us made everything so much easier for him. Our room, which had a full kitchen, was clean and comfortable, making our stay quite pleasant.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had more kid-friendly activities.

The beach view from the balcony was breathtaking—like waking up to a live postcard of paradise every morning! Plus, the bed was so comfortable that I almost forgot I was on vacation and not just enjoying an extended nap!

Clean room with air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The outdoor pools and lazy river were nice for relaxing. Easy access to the beach too!

the location was amazing with easy beach access, but be prepared for cleanliness issues. maintenance of pool amenities seems lacking leading to disappointment. hope for better management to realize this hotel's true potential.

Overall, staff were friendly and responsive when needed, but housekeeping fell short. I expected more frequent cleaning during my stay. Still, the beach access was top-notch, making my overall experience quite enjoyable despite a few setbacks.
